MD, Integrative Internist
Victoria in her own words -
“As an Integrative internist, I like to care for the whole person by focusing on the foundational Pillars of Health: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress reduction and Reduction of exposure to environmental toxins. The functional medicine approach allows me to uncover the root causes of an illness or symptom in order to find solutions that provide long lasting benefit. By balancing the systems of the body, it can begin to heal itself.
I enjoy educating patients and empowering them to collaborate in all healthcare decisions”.
Trees
I love the majestic beauty and solid grounded strength of trees. I visit my favorite trees often to connect with their vibration and ground to the earth. Trees vibrate at the same Schumann resonance as the Earth. The earth's magnetic field connects all living systems- humans, trees and all of nature are interconnected. Trees respond to human emotions and communicate energetically with other trees, even at long distances. Their root system creates an intricate network underground.
- See Heart Math Institute's Tree Rhythm research project.
Trees are rooted in the soil, yet reach to the sky. To aspire, we need to be grounded. No matter how high we go, it is from our roots that we draw sustenance.
